On the way to the Harry Potter Studio Tour, I didn't think anything was going to make me smile on this trip. The moment we parked in the parking lot, I started crying. I finally let it all out. I was sad and mad. Then I was so happy and excited that we had made it to something I had been waiting years to see. Let's get in there!
As a fan of Harry Potter since 2001, I cried 4x during the 4 hour tour. It exceeded my already high expectations! If you are a fan this is 100% worth it! The food in the front lobby is amazing, I highly recommend eating there before you start the tour.
You can watch my TikTok recap video here, but my favorite parts during the visit had to be:
- The food in the cafe
- The dragon when you walked in
- Walking into the Great Hall for the first time
- The greenhouse
- The Hogwarts Express
- Aragog!
- Gringotts
- The gift shop
Plan on staying for at least 4 hours. We left right as they were closing and felt like we had the perfect amount of time, not rushed, stopped in the backlot caffe for butterbeer and had plenty of time to shop. I got a cute 100% cotton long sleeve jersey t-shirt, a tote bag (needed this to carry our stuff), chocolate frog and umbrella! Since the theme is always changing I would totally go back again!
