ππΌ Get Your Gentle Reset Guide ✌πΌπ☕️
π Where I Am Now
There was a time in my life when everything felt uncertain.
I had walked away from a version of my life I thought would last forever, and suddenly I was left with a question I didn’t know how to answer:
What now?
I didn’t have a plan. I didn’t have a clear vision. I just knew I wanted something different something that felt like mine.
So I started small.
I started paying attention to what made me feel good, what gave me energy, and what helped me feel like myself again.
Over time, those small choices turned into a life.
π‘ Building a Life That Fits
This space is a reflection of that process.
It’s not perfectly curated or tied up in a bow, it’s a mix of things that have shaped me along the way:
The routines that keep me grounded
The hobbies that bring me joy
The tools that have helped me grow
The experiences that pushed me forward
Some of these are things I use every day. Some are things I’ve returned to during harder seasons. All of them have played a role in helping me rebuild.
Below are some of the pieces of that journey.
π The Things That Helped Me
π§ Growth & Mindset
These are the ideas and practices that helped me understand myself better and move forward with more clarity.
π♀️ Movement & Energy
Running, climbing, and staying active became more than just physical they became a way to process, reset, and reconnect with myself.
π» Creating & Building
This blog, my writing, and the things I’ve built along the way have given me a sense of ownership over my life again.
☕ Everyday Joys
The small things matter more than we think. Coffee, routines, quiet moments, these are the pieces that make a life feel full.
✌ What This All Became
What started as trying to “figure things out” slowly turned into something much bigger.
A new life. A new perspective. A version of me that feels more grounded, more self-aware, and more aligned than ever before.
And along the way, it became 100 Cups of Coffee, a collection of stories about rebuilding, one conversation at a time.
π If You’re In a Season of Change
If you’re in the middle of your own “what now?” moment, I hope something here helps.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to take the next small step.
