Fall Favorites: Pumpkin Hot Chocolate

Welcome to my favorite season! Happy Autumn everyone! Let the pumpkin-ing begin again! Here is something yummy to accompany your next Netflix marathon!
  • 1 C almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of vanilla
On the stove in a small pot, whisk together ingredients.  Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Whisk and cook for 2 minutes.  Remove from the heat and cool until ready to serve.

You can catch all of our Cutting Cable recommendations here and share in some more #PumpkinLUV with our Pumpkin Coffee and Pumpkin Chia Latte!

I love the movie, haven't seen the series. I'll have to check it out!

We lived without cable for 7 years. Was pretty easy to do. We only recently purchased a bare minimum basic cable package. Mainly because they sent us flyers for it in the mail EVERY SINGLE DAY and I got sick of it. Lol guess their marketing worked! But we also decided to give into it because we wanted the basic local channels for weather updates [tornado ally]. That being said, it's a package of only 22 channels, nothing fancy, none of the channels you'd think of when you think of Cable. So it still feels like we don't have cable.

I adore the film to the point where I know most of the lines. I caught the first episode and loved it because even though it has the same plot, they add extra items. I'm gonna watch it once I am done with Brooklyn 99!

I'm starting to realize that I like to marathon shows then watch live but sucks in terms of the whole TV rating thing which seriously I have no clue how that works.
