National Author Day & National Novel Writing Month
Wow. This is so exciting for me. Hopefully one day I'll get to celebrate November 1st as a published author. Until then....
I've begun my very first attempt at NaNoWriMo! I'm going to wrap up the newest draft of my novel 100 Cups Of Coffee. Last night I compiled everything I have thus far into one Google Doc and I am at 97 pages and 38,980 words. I also created my NaNoWriMo profile. You can check it out here.
I am so excited to begin this journey. To finally finish what I started out only as an Instagram project July of 2015. And to have inspiration again!
Is anyone else participating? How many times have you done it? Any tips for me?!!!
You can read what I have publishes thus far on the blog {100 Cups Of Coffee} and I have a new tid bit on my NaNoWriMo bio! Happy November Nerds!!!

Hi, I’m Megan Elvrum! ☕
I started blogging in 2012.
Somewhere along the way, it turned into something bigger than I expected… a space for rebuilding, growth, and figuring out who you are when everything changes.
Now, all these years later, I’m self-publishing my first novel Musical Awakening.
Thank you for being here! π
let the journey begin

"I'm a sucker for epistolary novels, so when I first read about it on Megan's blog I knew I needed to get my hands on a copy. If you're a millennial that spent their teens and 20's in small show venues every weekend then this is the book for you. A very cute story, perfect for a cozy weekend in with a cup of coffee (or tea) :)"

"As someone who also lives in music and feels it deeply this is a story for you! A quick read that took me to a nostalgic time where music and traveling shaped my life and helped me with some of my own self discoveries. I felt right at home reading this book!"
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Erin, Amazon Review

That's such a great idea to turn your 100 Cups of Coffee project into a novel. Good luck with NanoWriMo!
