My Top 5 Favorite Goosebumps Books!
welcome! ππ»♀️
Hi, I’m Megan Elvrum! ☕
I started blogging in 2012.
Somewhere along the way, it turned into something bigger than I expected… a space for rebuilding, growth, and figuring out who you are when everything changes.
Now, all these years later, I’m self-publishing my first novel Musical Awakening.
Thank you for being here! π
let the journey begin

I've read so many Goosebumps books I can't even remember which I loved the most. I think my most prized copy was the holographic Beware of the Purple Peanut Butter Choose Your Own Scare book!
ReplyDeleteThe actual episode of The Haunted Mask scared the crap out of me same goes for the Night of the Living Dummy. Slappy the dummy spawned my fear of ventriloquist dummies for sure.
In the actual episode of Say Cheese and Die you can see a very young Ryan Gosling which is always fun haha
Alyx, YES Night of the Living Dummy intensified my fear of dolls/Chucky! LOL Think I had to skip those! Ryan Gosling in anything is great! :) Thank you for the comment!! xo
DeleteOh my gosh, Megan, you just brought a lot of fond memories to mind! I loved R.L. Stine growing up. I loved all of the books that you named, and Horrorland was my favorite too :) You've also reminded me that I have the Terror Tower episode on VHS. Speaking of which, I just now remembered that the entire Goosebumps TV series is on Netflix, which I found out about awhile ago, but forgot about until just now! I'll have to go watch those when we're not quite so busy with all the new and returning fall TV shows. Thanks for the reminder :)
ReplyDeletethank you for letting me know they are on Netflix! Im stuck on Breaking Bad now so after that I'll watch some and get even more into the Halloween spirit!! xo
DeleteI also liked the TV version of the Haunted Mask, pretty scary! I can't remember the title of it but the one with the angry, haunted land gnomes really scared me as a kid and I was always cautious around lawn ornaments, lol.
ReplyDeleteyeah the TV series was great...guess i got to go back and watch them now!
DeleteSuch a good list. my all time fave is 'Say cheese and die'. So good.
ReplyDeletethanks girlie!! xo
