We read through the first half of Henry VI Part 2 and will finish it at the next reading on June 3rd. I downloaded it for FREE on my Kindle.
For parking I recommend the Seaport Village lot. If you get your parking validated, it is only $2.50 for the first two hours. The bookshop also has a cafe, and they are kind enough to validate if you purchase a drink or treat.
So if you are looking for something FREE and FUN in San Diego, I highly recommend this. Rupert Essinger from England hosts the event was very knowledgeable in Shakespeare and it was nice to have him explain the play more in depth for an amateur like myself.
Future Events:
*June 3rd: Henry VI, Part 2 (continued)
*July 1st: Much Ado About Nothing
*August 5th: The Taming Of The Shrew
*September 2nd: Acting workshop night
*October 7th: Macbeth
*November 4th: Richard III
*December 2nd: Shakespeare’s best comic scenes

The man who hosts is Rupert Essinger from England who is great with Shakespeare and can sing every song in Les Miserables!
