Nerdy & Girlie for 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target
welcome! ππ»♀️
Hi, I’m Megan Elvrum! ☕
I started blogging in 2012.
Somewhere along the way, it turned into something bigger than I expected… a space for rebuilding, growth, and figuring out who you are when everything changes.
Now, all these years later, I’m self-publishing my first novel Musical Awakening.
Thank you for being here! π
let the journey begin

"I'm a sucker for epistolary novels, so when I first read about it on Megan's blog I knew I needed to get my hands on a copy. If you're a millennial that spent their teens and 20's in small show venues every weekend then this is the book for you. A very cute story, perfect for a cozy weekend in with a cup of coffee (or tea) :)"

"As someone who also lives in music and feels it deeply this is a story for you! A quick read that took me to a nostalgic time where music and traveling shaped my life and helped me with some of my own self discoveries. I felt right at home reading this book!"
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Erin, Amazon Review

I'm loving all of the comic book inspired clothing in stores, although the Philip Lim stuff is especially nice! :) Loving that sweater dress.
ReplyDeleteThank you Stephanie for the comment! Too much cute stuff, not enough money! LOL xo
DeleteI saw these pieces at my local Target, and they're really cute! The only thing I don't like is how long the sweater dress is. The sweater part is as long as a dress itself, and then the skirt part just makes it even longer (even with a small on me, and I wear a large, the "skirt" part starts midthigh and ends below the knee). The proportions of it are weird to me. Definitely going to get the sweater and scarf, though!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear what they look like on...i have heard that the dress is weird...but deff want to pick up that scarf, can't really mess those up! :) Thank you for your comment Nikki!! xo
DeleteThe sweatshirt and scarf are fantastic, but that sweater dress is icky. All the sweater dresses he made for the collection are oddly shaped and disproportioned. The trench coats are my favorite pieces from the collection; the blue and green one especially.
DeleteAgree about the coats! Wish it would get cold here in SD so I could wear one! Have to really go check these out in person!!
DeleteYeah, I didn't get a trench because theres no need for them here either :( But I love to look at them and imagine I'm somewhere cold lol.
DeleteOh comic book clothes are so cool. I'm a big fan of comic t-shirts. Very cool.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like! Thank you for the comment!! xo
DeleteI wish the sweater dress didn't have the skirt attached, I'd snatch it up! That might work for tall folks but not shorties like me!
ReplyDeleteTried to go see it in the store, but only saw the scarf. Heard the dress was ill fitting. Such a bummer!
