We just had our first snow today here in Denver & that has me thinking of Christmas! It also has me thinking of my budget. Lots of fun, exciting & expensive things coming up plus regular life expenses. So I thought I'd share with you some cute & budget friendly gift ideas! All under $25!

5.  Finish off the night by renting a movie {FREE Redbox Codes}.  Then prepare to get your cuddle on.

Valentine's Gift Idea: Shop Josie B "Bye Felicia" Door Mat

I have a few items that I have either given or got over the holiday season that I just HAD to share with you! One of those was this door mat I got for Ocean Eyes! Both he and I LOVE the movie Friday and when I saw this Josie B door mat I LOLed and then HAD to get it for him!

She has so many fun ones on her site including another I want to get us that says Home Is Where The La Croix Is! Which will be my next purchase!

The mat is so cute we don't want to put it outside. So we have it placed in front of Ocean Eyes' art room door so we can both enjoy it in our house. Shop owner Lauren is HUGELY popular on Instagram and fills orders day and night. This mat was a Christmas present but I knew I wouldn't get it on time and I ordered it around Thanksgiving! She was nice enough to email me and let me know and was communicative through the entire process!

When it arrived perfectly in tack, our cat Mona was the first to try it out. She loves laying on it! Inside the box, Lauren placed a hand written thank you card! Thank you Lauren! Ocean Eyes LOLed too and Mona has a new bed!

Have A Sweet New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR NERDS! I am not sure I've said that officially here! Shame on me!

I am soooooooo happy it is 2017! So many wonderful things are happening and this year just feels so right! I hope you all can feel it too. I started the year with my Cancun adventure {stay tuned for that tomorrow!}, I'm pushing myself at work, my 100 Cup Of Coffee memoir is getting edited and I moved in with Ocean Eyes {post also coming this week}!

2017 is sweet alright! I even got a sweet package I just had to share with you!

I am a HUGE lip balm junkie. I have them everywhere. By my bed. On my desk. In my car. In my purse. In my laptop bag. I cannot go anywhere without it! Especially here in Denver since it is so dry! SO when Lip Smacker asked me to try out their 2017 line I screamed YES!

 How cute is this box?! I didn't realize it was going to be this big!

Look at how beautifully all of the products lined up! My title picture are their soda flavored lip glosses! I hadn't used lip gloss since high school and I am back to being a huge fan again! Plus they have the cute kiss keychains attached. Those would be the PERFECT Galentine's Day gift!

Are these not so adorable?! I'm probably going to say that about most, but this was defiantly the cutest of the bunch! Disney Tsum Tusm lip balms are stackable and open up on the bottom with a rounded lip balm. I have Olof at work on my desk at work. The rest went off to my favorite friends!

Next up the reason I'm sure Lip Smacker contacted me in the first place, these awesomely nerdy Marvel lip balms! They open up under the head. I saved Captain American for my Dad and the rest for you! I have to admit that I am not a huge soda person, I only allow myself to have it at the movies! But I am super in love with this adorable packaging! They open up with a rounded head just like the Disney balms. What a perfect way to get my soda fix without the calories! LOL

Nerdy & Girlie Christmas Gifts!

Wish List of an Anglophile

Here we continue our countdown to Christmas!!!!  This week with awesome Anglophile gifts!  I am HUGE fan of all things English/British/UK.  Here is around up of some bloody brilliant gifts!

England trip from Dec 21-28, then Paris till the 1st!

A last minute trip has sprung up for me.  Last night The Hunny, his brother, wife and I, finalized plans for us all to travel to the UK for Christmas and Paris for New Years!  As soon as we had our itinerary all settled, I began to cry like a little baby! This is THE trip I have been waiting my entire life for.  I cannot explain how excited I am and it will not feel real until we land in London and begin traveling the country. I still don't believe it!  I am too blessed this Christmas season.
