Awesomely Autumn Pumpkin Products: Look Human

I am a huge fan of the apparel site Look Human. I even featured one of their tanks on my 5 Fandom Friday post: Geeky Clothing Items I NEED In My Closet Immediately and Valentine's Day Geeky Tees! One day while I was searching their site for nerdy goodness I found some hilarious pumpkin inspired tees! I just had to share my favorites with you!

Like many of my blogger friends, I met Meli on Instagram. By accident! One night. Scrolling through a nerd hashtag. There she was. An adorable nerd lady, dressed as my favorite Doctor {10}. I just HAD to be her friend.

This is my go to everyday outfit. If I have my TOMS, a shirt to layer and my jeans I'm a happy nerd. Bonus points to anyone who gets my nerdy and girlie tees!

Jordandene & The Nerdy Girlie Team Up!

Jordan has been one of my favorite nerdy designers for years now. I remember the first time I wrote about her on the blog and the day she sent me my very first tank! It was love at first sight and we've been online friends ever since!

It was one night here in my new Denver home, that an idea popped into my head. Usually when I'm trying to fall asleep, that happens. I grabbed my phone and sent Jordan a quick email about joining forces!

It was only a couple weeks later I received our brain child!

I've put together a few outfits for you, to show the versatility of Jordandene's amazing tanks!

The first is my go to outfit. I wear this pretty much everyday. Ocean Eyes can attest to that! What I've learned about Denver weather is that layering is a must! So tank + my favorite comfy chambray top + a hoodie and a scarf on top is my uniform of choice. I live in these black pants, so much so that I need to go get another pair so I can wear them everyday!

Spring is suppose to be here...most of the time it is...this weekend it was for sure! So I had to pull out my favorite hippy inspired look! These Born wedges are my go to, to make any outfit a bit more dressed up! I love a long skirt, it makes me feel dressed up. Pop on a lil lace cover up to complete the look. Bring on Spring!

Even more exciting news! I've just booked Ocean Eyes and I's very first vacation! I'm taking him home to LA and allllllllll of my favorite places! First stop after In-n-Out for him? Republic of Pie! We are going to Hogwarts and to see one of my new favorite bands Walking On Cars! So excited! You can bet this will be my beach day outfit! Bring on the sand and sun!

Can you tell that I love to be cozy?! This sweater is one of my go too pieces. It is super soft, easy to layer and WARM! I love adding a bit more color to the look and this scarf has just the right amount of orange in to compliment the tank! You can't go wrong with a nice pair of jeans and boots either!

DON'T BLINK! Awesomely Nerdy & Girlie Apparel from Jordandene!

Have you ever wanted something for so long that it finally came to fruition?  I have been lusting after Jordandene's adorably nerdy tanks for a long time even featuring one in my 5 Fandom Friday post:  Geeky Clothing Items I Need In My Closet Immediately!

One day on our Female Geek Blogger G+ page {you are a member right?!}, Jordan asked fellow nerd girl bloggers if they would like to review her apparel!  I of course jumped at the chance and Jordan let me pick my favorite tank:  Don't Blink!

The saying has sentimental value because it was the Doctor Who episode that made me a Whovian and it is the one that I always tell new viewers to watch first if they want to know/understand/love what Doctor Who is all about!  It is the perfect starting episode!

Since Jordan was so generous, I wanted to make the most of her tank!  I am wanting to wear it everyday, so I decided to make THREE outfit options for you!  Super casual, dressy casual and California casual! It is still completely warm enough to wear just the tank here in LA, but I know the rest of the country/world is actually getting weather so here are three looks I hope help you out!

This is my go to everyday, favorite outfit!  I love layers and if a scarf didn't cover up the lettering on the tank, I would be wearing one of those too!  Layers are perfect for these days when the weather cannot make up it's mind!  The Weeping Angel necklace {a gift from The Gamer Geek} was so fun to add to this look!

I LOVE this sweater I just bought at Francesca's.  I don't have anything like it and the color and pattern just popped out at me right away!  I thought about it for a day, then had to go back and buy it!  The shoes are by Born, one of my favorite brands because they look cute and are SUPER soft and comfy!  I've worn these to SDCC preview night one year!

Don't you just LOVE how the silver ink pops off the navy shirt?!  I added a few Doctor Who accessories to the dressier look, a Rose {tear} ring, Allons-y bracelet {Show Pony} and two heart necklace {House of Darkly}.

Lastly, it's my November Summer in SoCal look.  This past Saturday it was in the mid-80s so no jacket was required, but come Sunday evening the beach was a bit chilly.  Pop on a cute coat and you are good to go, scarf too if you like!  I love how the Weeping Angel necklace enhances the sliver in the letters.  I also added a few of buttons to my jacket:  50th Anniversary TARDIS I got in Cardiff, a Dalek button from the 50th Anniversary party I attended and a bit of band love with The Filthy Souls {British boys!}.

Verdict, Jordandene's tanks are a must have!  Soft and I love how they are a bit loose.  If...I mean WHEN you purchase one of Jordandene's cute tops make sure you tag her in social media @JordandeneNYC and #jordandene on Instagram!  Tell her The Nerdy Girlie sent you!

Review Fresh Brewed Tee

The lovely lads over at Fresh Brewed Tee contacted me and asked if I would like to review one of their tees!  Of course I jumped at the chance after checking out their website and seeing how many awesome tees they have!

They asked me the size to send and I asked them to surprise me on the actual tee. They ended up sending me one of my favorite fandoms Doctor Who which was mashed up with Star Wars!  I asked for a medium, but I defiantly could have taken a small.  So the shirt did run a bit big on me.  Other than that is is an amazing tee!

Tee Busters Tees Review

The friendly guys over at Tee Busters contacted me and asked if I had any interest in reviewing their tees.  OF COURSE I said!  I picked out a few that I liked and they sent me a surprise tee out of those choices!

It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition all the way from Ireland.  They even threw in a lil treat!

I asked them to send over a medium and it fit perfectly!  A little snug in the neck and I probably wouldn't have minded a large even.  But this tee is still wearable.  I thought the length of the tee and sleeves were perfect.  That is my big thing when picking tees to wear.  The colors were pretty and they have so many great designs to choose from!

There were so many awesome designs that I had a hard time narrowing down my choices!  I would defiantly wear ALL five of the above!
