I am so happy to announce that I married my best friend on October 6, 2024 in Denver, Colorado. I am excited to continue to live an amazing life with them right beside me. Up first? Getting us into his first San Diego Comic Con! The Nerdy Girlie is back baby! See you at registration on Saturday the 26th!

Christmas Staycation: The Surf Hotel

When thinking about what I wanted for Christmas this year, one thing came to mind. Vacation away from work and celebrating with an experience. When I found Surf Hotel on Instagram via Artifacts Uprising, I booked a night at the hotel right away as a Christmas getaway for myself and Ocean Eyes.

It was the best thing I could have done!

Statycation In Golden, CO at The Dove Inn

I am so excited to share with you the staycation, Ocean Eyes and I took to the adorable little mountain town of Golden, here in Colorado. Golden is only about 25 minutes west of Denver. It is a lot closer to the mountains so you defiantly get that mountain town feel, it feels small and cozy as well. We were lucky enough to arrive on the most perfect Autumn day!
