Budget Friendly Finds For This Holiday Season!

We just had our first snow today here in Denver & that has me thinking of Christmas! It also has me thinking of my budget. Lots of fun, exciting & expensive things coming up plus regular life expenses. So I thought I'd share with you some cute & budget friendly gift ideas! All under $25!

Valentine's Gift Idea: Shop Josie B "Bye Felicia" Door Mat

I have a few items that I have either given or got over the holiday season that I just HAD to share with you! One of those was this door mat I got for Ocean Eyes! Both he and I LOVE the movie Friday and when I saw this Josie B door mat I LOLed and then HAD to get it for him!

She has so many fun ones on her site including another I want to get us that says Home Is Where The La Croix Is! Which will be my next purchase!

The mat is so cute we don't want to put it outside. So we have it placed in front of Ocean Eyes' art room door so we can both enjoy it in our house. Shop owner Lauren is HUGELY popular on Instagram and fills orders day and night. This mat was a Christmas present but I knew I wouldn't get it on time and I ordered it around Thanksgiving! She was nice enough to email me and let me know and was communicative through the entire process!

When it arrived perfectly in tack, our cat Mona was the first to try it out. She loves laying on it! Inside the box, Lauren placed a hand written thank you card! Thank you Lauren! Ocean Eyes LOLed too and Mona has a new bed!

A Very Coffee Christmas!

Handmade Christmas Presents

Merry Christmas NERDS!

I had so much fun this year pinning stuff over on Pinterest.  I couldn't wait to use some of the ideas for Christmas gifts!

TARDIS Mug - This mug was so fun and easy to make.  I think now that I am a bit obsessed with the Doctor Who I need to make one for myself!  {cup from IKEA used sharpie markers and baked on 450 degrees for 30 minutes.}

Other handmade Mugs were the inspiration for these I made. {same directions as the TARDIS mug}

Present wrapping - I had a LOT of paper from something I ordered and decided to save it.  The twine was a few bucks at Michaels, had some left over from Valentine's Day.  Then I just printed out pictures from my computer.

Lastly the mini tins, I found at Target and bought three for no reason other than I was totally in love with them!  But then what was like, what am I going to do with these?!  Perfect present for my SISTERS at The Rock Church!  I put in different coffees and wrapped up with twine!  TA-DA!
